Choosing where to stay can be tough, but this hotel exceeded my expectations! The level 2 EV charging station was perfect for my electric vehicle. The staff was exceptionally friendly, ensuring my comfort and addressing any concerns. Impeccably clean rooms and a delightful breakfast rounded out my great experience. I would highly recommend this place!

Clean comfortable, spacious bathroom, and their delightful breakfast spread set a positive tone for my family with children during our one-night stay thanks to their efficient check-in process and available free parking.

The hotel is well-located near various attractions. The front desk staff, especially Ebonee, greeted us with a smile and excellent service. She found our Bonvoy Member Number and guided us to a nearby restaurant. The breakfast options were decent, but I wish there had been more fruit available. The room, however, had issues. The TV didn’t work, and the phone was dead, making communication difficult. Also, the shower had black stuff on the floor which was off-putting. While the location and helpful staff made up for some of the inconveniences, the room maintenance needs attention. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service, but the room conditions really detracted from my stay.

Convenient charging for electric vehicles made it easy to enjoy my stay, complemented by immaculate cleanliness throughout the room. The breakfast exceeded expectations, featuring a variety of options like delicious fish, enhancing my mornings. However, I encountered a few minor issues, the check-in process could be streamlined, the wifi was occasionally slow, and noise from the hallway disrupted my sleep at times.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, bright, and easily accessible, making it a joy to navigate. The spacious lobby radiated warmth and charm, making every corner inviting and comfortable for my family and me during our stay.

More washcloths in the room would be helpful.

Consistent issues with room maintenance!!! Sticky carpets, malfunctioning TV, and unresponsive phones create unnecessary frustration during a stay!!! Improvements in general upkeep, like more attention to cleanliness and details, could enhance the experience significantly!!!

I stayed in a King Room, and it was delightfully spacious and impeccably clean! The EV charging stations were such a lifesaver for my electric vehicle-no more worrying about charging options! Plus, I enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast that started each day on a high note!

Exceptional Staff Saved the Night

The hotel staff went above and beyond when we arrived late with a reservation mishap. They quickly accommodated us at a great rate, making our weary journey worthwhile.

However, the room had a malfunctioning TV and the front desk couldn’t assist us. Moving to a different room was offered, but it felt like an unnecessary hassle.
